• Discord IDs (user, channel, role, message, guild) needed for feature operation.
• Server configuration set by administrators.
• Feature-specific state (moderation logs, tickets, reminders, levels, economy data).

3. Data We Do Not Intentionally Collect

• Passwords or sensitive account credentials.
• Data outside of Discord interactions required by enabled features.

4. Why Data Is Used

Data is used to execute commands, enforce moderation settings, and provide server-specific functionality. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

Data is retained as long as needed for feature continuity, abuse prevention, and operational integrity. Server owners can request data cleanup where supported.

6. Third-Party Services

Bunny Bot may call external APIs (for example media or utility integrations). Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Your Controls

• Disable modules/commands you do not use.
• Remove Bunny Bot from your server to stop future processing.
• Use support channels for deletion/help requests.
